A recognized company is looking for a CFO.

Position Overview: As the CFO, you will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. Your role will encompass strategic financial planning, business development, and fostering a narrative that aligns with our company’s vision and values.
You will also manage a team of 10-20 people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with the company’s global objectives.
• Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Drive business development initiatives, identifying new market opportunities and leading financial negotiations.
• Utilize storytelling to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders, enhancing transparency and understanding.
• Collaborate with the global finance team to implement best practices and optimize financial processes.
• Ensure rigorous risk management and implement robust financial controls.
• Performs effective risk management, liabilities and investments analysis
• Audit & Tax  - Preparing company financial statements monthly and annually, as needed.
• Operational finance  - directing and monitoring all financial activity - managing company cash flow, financial forecast and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in business development and strategic financial planning.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, with impeccable communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
