We are seeking a passionate and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in building a new recruitment function focused on the European market. This is a strategic and hands-on role that bridges cultures, talent, and business needs—driving growth and organizational excellence through world-class hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment processes tailored to local cultures and regulations across various European countries.
- Embed the company’s talent acquisition values and operational standards into global processes—ensuring consistency while adapting to local expectations and norms.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for diverse roles across multiple European countries, including sourcing, screening, deep-dive behavioral interviews, and offer management.
- Lead and guide hiring managers throughout the process, from job scoping and candidate profiling to interview feedback and decision-making.
- Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including local HR, global teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors.
- Drive sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and recruitment systems (ATS).
- Support employer branding efforts across target markets in Europe.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in global talent acquisition, with a focus on European markets – must.
- Proven knowledge of recruiting processes and market practices in multiple European countries (e.g., Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, etc.).
- Experience conducting behavioral and in-depth interviews.
- Strong command of English – verbal and written. Additional languages– an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong preference for candidates from global, industrial, or complex organizations with multiple roles and stakeholder interfaces.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to independently lead complex processes with a strategic perspective.
- High adaptability, proactive mindset, and organizational agility.
