Required: Planning, Execution, and Occupancy Manager for a Successful Entrepreneurial Real Estate Company Specializing in Urban Renewal!

Location: Ramat Gan

Full-time position from the offices (One day a week working on-site/at municipal offices)

The Role

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for large and complex projects: new neighborhoods, high-rises, and residential projects involving hundreds of units.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating planning with architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Leading licensing and permit processes with authorities.

• Overseeing the execution phases up to full occupancy.

• Working with site supervision, management companies, authorities, and professional stakeholders.

• Monitoring schedule, budget, quality, and milestones.

• Solving on-site challenges and making planning decisions.

Requirements

• Relevant degree – Civil Engineering / Architecture / Certified Building Practical Engineer (or equivalent).

• At least two years of experience in planning coordination / project management / execution in residential projects.

• Familiarity with Urban Renewal (Pinui Binui / TAMA 38) – Significant advantage.

• "Head start" approach, creativity, and proactive thinking.

• A dedicated team player who knows how to work with people and drive processes.
