Head of Demand

An innovative startup in the Ad-Tech and Gaming industry, is looking for a Senior Demand Manager / Head of Demand to fully own and lead the company's exchange business.
This is an end-to-end role with complete responsibility over demand strategy, execution, growth, and performance.

You will be the true owner of the demand side - defining the strategy, managing premium demand relationships, driving revenue, optimizing performance, and leading a growing demand team.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is motivated by scale, ownership, and impact.

Location: Herzliya, Hybrid 3 days from office

Key Responsibilities

Demand Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the exchange demand operations end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization

  • Build and execute demand growth and revenue strategies aligned with company goals

Demand Partners & Premium Accounts

  • Manage, grow, and deepen relationships with Premium Demand accounts

  • Work closely with Demand Partners, SSPs, and programmatic platforms to maximize revenue and scale

  • Identify new demand opportunities, business models, and strategic partnerships

Operations & Optimization

  • Continuously optimize performance, yield, and revenue 

  • Improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency across demand operations

  • Monitor performance trends and proactively address gaps and opportunities

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and develop the demand team, setting goals and driving high performance

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Ad Ops, Sales, and other stakeholders to align demand strategy and execution

  • Act as a central point of ownership for all demand-related initiatives

Requirements

You see yourself as the owner of the demand business, not just an operator.
You are comfortable making decisions, leading initiatives, and driving growth, while still staying close to execution and performance on a daily basis.

  • Proven experience managing Programmatic demand partnerships

  • Hands-on experience working with Demand Partners and SSPs

  • Strong background in Video — a significant advantage

  • Experience in team leadership and people management — an advantage

  • Strategic, business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end initiatives

  • Experience working toward revenue targets, KPIs, and growth goals
