Regional Sales Team Manager
A leading and well-established company in the premium real estate sector is looking for an experienced and business-driven Regional Sales Team Manager to join its growing team.

Responsibilities
Managing and leading a regional sales team to achieve and exceed business targets.
Coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members in their professional development and day-to-day activities.
Managing the full sales cycle, from incoming leads through negotiations and deal closure.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand the company’s sales pipeline.
Leading commercial negotiations and supporting agreement processes until signing.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Monitoring team performance, pipeline management, and sales processes to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience – a must.
Previous experience managing a sales team – a must.
Experience working in related industries such as commercial real estate, coworking spaces, hospitality, hotels, or other service-oriented environments - significant advantage.
Previous B2B sales experience – significant advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Proven negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work independently while also leading collaborative team efforts.
Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
