IT Manager (Solo function)
An interesting startup company in the Cybersecurity field is looking to hire an IT Manager!
This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a sole IT function or as part of a small IT team with broad responsibilities.

About the Position:
We are looking for a highly independent, hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT domain as a "One-Man-Show." You will be solely responsible for overseeing all IT aspects of the company, leading cross-organizational projects, and delivering end-to-end solutions. This is an individual contributor role that requires a high level of autonomy, zero direct employee management, and a strong passion for execution from strategy to day-to-day support.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company’s IT strategy and infrastructure architecture.
Lead and deliver cross-organizational IT projects end-to-end.
Drive adoption of AI tools to improve internal productivity.
Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide hands-on support globally.
Oversee help desk operations (including US contractors).
Own and maintain office IT environments, networks, and lab infrastructure.
Enforce IT and security policies across endpoints and networks.
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and IT service providers.
Administer and optimize Google Workspace and Microsoft environments.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in IT roles - as sole IT function or part of an IT team both relevant
Proven experience leading and implementing complex technical projects.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
Experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle automation via SCIM/directory sync).
Experience with endpoint management and MDM platforms across multiple OS environments.
Experience with endpoint security tools (e.g., EDR) and handling security incidents.
Familiarity with modern security architectures (e.g., Zero Trust, secure access controls, DNS filtering).
Experience managing network/security appliances (e.g., UTM, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with SaaS lifecycle management, including access governance and license optimization.
Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Self-managed, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
