A leading technology company specializing in providing advanced hosting, cloud, and information security solutions to the Israeli market is looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager / Director of Sales to join our strategic sales team and lead complex sales processes facing business and Enterprise clients.

Job Description
Full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing strategic deals.
Managing a sales team.
Proactive business development, identifying new business opportunities, and building a high-quality, accurate pipeline.
Selling a portfolio of complex technological solutions, including: Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS), Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and dedicated servers, advanced information security solutions (WAF, SIEM/SOC), and infrastructure management solutions.
Architectural tailoring of the solution to the customer's needs, based on a deep business and technological understanding.
Working closely with Presale functions, project managers, and the company's Cyber and DevOps teams to build the optimal proposal.
Leading complex negotiations with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, including IT Managers, CISOs, CTOs, and business decision-makers.
Retaining and expanding business activity within existing clients.
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales of complex technological solutions – Must.
Proven experience and a track record of meeting targets in selling Cloud solutions (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP) or Cybersecurity solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations – Must.
Proven experience in a managerial role.
Deep familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Web Hosting servers, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), WAF solutions, SIEM/SOC services, WordPress application security.
An extensive network of connections and a proven ability to "open doors" with technological and business decision-makers in the Israeli market – Significant advantage.
Proven ability to manage complex sales processes and close significant high-volume deals.
Highly proficient English (writing, reading, and speaking) – Must.
A "hunger" for success, self-motivation, personal responsibility, and a proactive with "can-do" approach.
Excellent negotiation skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
