Account Manager - Digital agency
A leading, well-established digital agency, managing top-tier Israeli and global brands (E-commerce, Social, and Digital), is looking for an experienced Account manager who will be a client leader, owning and driving key client accounts.
In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, translating client briefs into creative masterpieces, and coordinating with all agency departments. This role requires high emotional intelligence, professional authority, and the ability to effectively manage demanding, high-profile clients and marketing managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Build strong partnerships, lead meetings independently, and serve as the main point of contact for strategic digital marketing solutions.
Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams (Creative, Studio, Media, PPC, Social) to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee QA for all deliverables, manage budgets and proposals, track performance data, and ensure strict deadlines are met.
Proactively identify new marketing opportunities to grow your clients' activity.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Account Manager/Client Leader in a digital agency / advertising agency, or as a marketing manager (client-side).
Proven track record of managing and leading complex digital campaigns from end to end.
Strong familiarity with creative, media, and PPC workflows.
Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude.
High resilience and the ability to confidently manage challenging clients and situations.
